A Smooth Implementation Starts with Experienced Project Management

Your transition from a paper based system to CorrecTek EMR will be a significant endeavor. That is why CorrecTek appoints a project manager to assist your facility through the transition. Your CorrecTek Project Manager will coordinate and perform your walk through, customization, training and go-live. The Project Manager assures that your implementation stays on track and that implementation goals are completed as agreed.

The Walk Through

During the walk through phase of the transition, the CorrecTek project manager will spend one to two days on-site at your facility. Depending on the size of your facility, additional CorrecTek staff may be present for the walk through. During the walk through your CorrecTek project manager will:

Determine Training Needs

Advise hardware needs
