This screen is the primary screen used by healthcare providers to enter their documentation on a patient encounter (visit). The column to the far right contains the dictation built for this particular inmate’s condition. The middle column contains template phrases (lines of text) that can be ‘clicked-on’ to quickly build the provider dictation. Note that the dictation built in the right-hand column was created in a matter of minutes (if not seconds) while the provider was with the patient. If desired, the provider can free-type text and/or use voice dictation software in conjunction with CorrecTek to build his/her documentation.
