CorrecTek Screen Shots |
 |
CorrecTek is easily customizable to your jail's current operation. Here we see a inmate intake form that has been created to match the jail's current paper intake form.
This screen shot display a list of order definitions for diagnostic orders. If the healthcare provider determines that a diagnostic order is needed for a particular inmate, he/she can pick from this list of order definitions to quickly assign a specific diagnostic order to a specific inmate. Authorized users can add to this list and/or modify the entries in this list.
This screen shot displays the Medication Administration Record (MAR) for a time period for one inmate. Note that the inmate’s picture is on the MAR to aid in identifying the correct inmate. Each medication dose for each shift is tracked. There is no limit to the number of shifts that the MAR can accommodate for your facility. Colors are as follows:
- Green – A dose was administered as ordered.
- Red – A dose was not administered as ordered.
- Yellow – A dose was to be administered, but not record has been made.
- Blue – A future dose is to be administered on this day / shift.
- White – The inmate is not to receive a dose on this day / shift
Also note that the medication order/prescription for each dose is accessible from this screen. In fact the entire inmate’s medical record can be accessed and new orders or to do requests can be created from this screen if necessary via the ‘Edit Inmate’ button.
