Project Management
Your implementation experience is important. That is why CorrecTek appoints a Project Manager to lead your organization through the transition to CorrecTek EHR. Your CorrecTek Project Manager will coordinate each critical activity to ensure your implementation project goes smoothly, remains within budget, and is completed on time.
Configuration
We believe an EHR should adapt to meet your facility’s specific needs…not vice versa. Your CorrecTek Project Manager will work with you to ensure your CorrecTek database is configured accordingly.
Document management, protocols, orders, report requirements, eMAR, interfaces to other applications – your CorrecTek Project Manager will ensure you have what you need.
Training and Go-Live
CorrecTek Training:
Training is a critical component to any successful EHR implementation. Your Project Manager will work with you to develop a training plan that accommodates your specific needs and schedule. Whether it is a single shift or around the clock coverage, the CorrecTek Implementation Team is committed to your success.
CorrecTek Go-Live:
During the Go-Live, the CorrecTek EHR is brought into production at your facility and all medical data will be created and managed in the system. The CorrecTek Implementation Team is available to offer hands-on assistance during this critical phase of implementation.
24/7 Technical Support
Understanding that correctional healthcare doesn’t sleep, CorrecTek provides 24/7 technical support. CorrecTek, Inc. provides immediate response to your technical needs from our headquarters in Paducah, KY. Our staff of technical support specialists is available by telephone night or day.
